Slaymaker Cellars

Slaymaker Cellars, which the City of Idaho Springs’ visitor site calls a small-batch meadery making honey-forward meads, keeps its tasting room in downtown Idaho Springs, where samples always include the latest flavors from its “Mazer Series” and bottles are sold to go. Its visit page lists a tour on Saturdays at 3 pm.

Address, phone and hours were read on the meadery’s Visit Us page on 10 October 2026; the page prints Tuesday’s hours as “10pm - 5pm”, read here as 10 am like the other weekdays. The City’s visitor site, read the same day, lists Slaymaker Cellars with the same number but at 2036 Virginia Street; the meadery’s own page puts the tasting room at 1428 Miner Street. The City’s listing is the second, independent source that it is operating; the meadery’s page shows nothing dated beyond its copyright line.
